Questionable move

The fish won a 2 outers just a few hands before this vs the BTN. The guy on my right raised him in every hand since then – like a player who is on tilt. I thought this is a good hand to reraised them. Honestly I wasn’t happy with my 4bet size. I decided to go all in with my AK so a 4bet shove could be better.
